All travel expenses including airfare, parking fees, baggage fees, ground transportation (not including a rental car and/or fees accrued outside of getting to and from the course), lodging and per diem are funded through AFPC. In order to cover lunch, snacks, and beverages, AF/A1D1 will be collecting a landing fee. A room block has been reserved at the Hyatt Place, Arlington/Courthouse Plaza at the per diem rate. It is the responsibility of the participant to reserve a room. It is highly encouraged that you reserve a room as soon as possible.
