All lodging, per diem, travel to/from course, ground transportation, miscellaneous expenses, and landing fees are unit-funded expenses. A room block has been reserved at the Hyatt Place, Arlington/Courthouse Plaza at the per diem rate. It is the responsibility of the participant to reserve a room.
